1. Services

Resplash, Inc is a premier headhunting company based in Delaware, USA. We specialize in assisting USA-based startups in finding, hiring, and onboarding top-tier developers based in Africa. Our comprehensive services include talent search, interview facilitation, placement services, and post-hire support.

2. User Registration

To benefit from our specialized services, startups are required to register on our platform. During registration, you commit to providing accurate, current, and complete information. It's essential to keep this information updated to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

3. Fees and Payment

Our unique fee structure requires payment upfront. For the sourcing of five candidates tailored to your startup's needs, a predetermined fee will be charged. This fee covers our comprehensive search, vetting, and presentation of five qualified candidates. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Details regarding the fee amount and payment methods will be provided separately.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties, Resplash, Inc and the client, agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information concerning candidates, job specifications, business strategies, and any other proprietary information. This confidentiality clause remains in effect even after the termination of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Resplash, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of anticipated revenue or profits, arising in connection with the services we provide or the use of our platform.
